Returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within [30] days of delivery. Contact us first with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the item, we refund the original payment method within [5–10] business days. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within [7] days with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full.
